Since the video indicated that Aiden and Lana did nothing wrong, Rusev can choose to be the bigger man and ignore Aiden. He could focus more on his personal pursuits such as getting another title or even possibly forming another tag team to try and dethrone the New Day.

Aiden is a drama king and hates being ignored, it would eat away at his psyche, and he would do anything to get Rusev's attention. This could give rise to several memorable segments where Aiden tries anything in his power to attract Rusev's attention before finally getting angry and costing him a significant match.
