AJ Styles was a great main event. I agree with most people that this was a great match. AJ Styles proved that it doesn't matter who fight in the ring with him reason it's guaranteed you'll see a good match. Extreme Rules match is overall the most praised out of the two, to me it was not on the same level as their beginning clash.

Roman Reigns performed very well in this match but with all the respect, it's especially because of AJ Styles that this match was excellent. I fully consider this is AJ Styles greatest performance in his wrestling career.
