Seth Rollins is certainly the best choice to be the Universal Champion, so he is number one in this list. 2018 was an astonishing year for Rollins, and he will be determined to do better this year. Seth lost his Intercontinental title against Dean Ambrose at TLC, but he is one of the favourites to win the Royal Rumble.

Seth Rollins is undeniably one of the most gifted wrestlers in the WWE, and he has provided several awe-inspiring matches in his career. Rollins made his main roster debut with the Shield and the stable achieved unbelievable success. However, he obtained plenty of success in his singles career.

Seth Rollins was the inaugural NXT champion. Subsequently, he won the Intercontinental title twice, US title once, tag team titles four times and the WWE title twice. He also won the Money in the Bank once, which he cashed in at WrestleMania 31. As a matter of fact, Rollins is a Grand Slam champion.

Rollins has won all the major titles in WWE, but he has not managed to hold the Universal title. Roman Reigns was the face of the WWE, but he left the company due to illness. Therefore, Rollins could become the face of the company if he manages to become the Universal Champion this year
