#7. WWE Superstar John Morrison and Franky Monet (split)

John Morrison returned to WWE in 2019 after a long absence. His wife, Franky Monet, also joined the company earlier this year. Although Morrison remains on RAW, Monet's WWE run has already ended.

The 38-year-old debuted on NXT last April. Since then, Monet has only competed in a few matches. Her most important one came against Raquel Gonzalez last September for the NXT Women's Championship. Nonetheless, Morrison's wife came up short.

Monet has not competed on NXT for nearly a month. WWE recently released the former IMPACT Knockouts Champion from her contract. She never had the chance to work with her husband in WWE.

#6. Former WWE Superstars Keith Lee and Mia Yim (released)

Keith Lee debuted on NXT in August 2018. He quickly became one of the top superstars on the brand, winning the NXT North American Championship and the NXT Championship.

Lee's fiancée, Mia Yim, also joined Vince McMahon's company. She debuted on NXT two months after Lee's debut. Although she had several shots at the NXT Women's Championship at live NXT events, Yim failed to capture the title.

Unlike Monet and Morrison, Yim and Lee worked together on WWE television. They got into a feud with Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae in 2020. Both couples squared off twice, and Lee and Yim lost each time.

Last year, both Lee and Yim moved from NXT to the main roster. Nevertheless, they failed to leave their mark. WWE released the couple from their contracts last Friday.
