#1. Lita Breaks Her Neck (2002)
Lita was one of the most famous stars in wrestling during 2002. Her ability to fly off the rope and perform death-defying maneuvers made her a fan favorite. During this time, while filming an episode of Fox's Dark Angel starring Jessica Alba, she performed a hurricanrana. Unfortunately, she landed on her head, which broke her neck. She took time off and went for neck surgery.
She finally returned in September 2003 where she teamed with Trish Stratus at Unforgiven 2003. They defeated Gail Kim and Molly Holly in a fierce tag team encounter.
