Randy Orton has defeated Edge, but never managed to defeat Eddie
#5 Eddie Guerrero (Randy Orton fails to "kill" a legend)

Eddie Guerrero
For the better part of his WWE career, Randy Orton was on RAW. Eddie Guerrero, on the other hand, was on WWE SmackDown in the early to mid-2000s. The two finally crossed paths in late 2005, with Eddie scoring a DQ win over Orton on SmackDown. A week later, Eddie teamed up with Batista to take on Orton and Mr. Kennedy. The babyface picked up the victory again, with the match ending in a DQ this time as well.
WWE gave us a 6-Man Tag Team match the next week and added Roddy Piper and Bob Orton in the mix. In the end, Eddie, Batista, and Piper defeated the villainous trio. Thus, Eddie ended up with an impressive record of 3-0 against Randy Orton. This was one of the last matches of Eddie before he would tragically pass away due to arteriosclerotic heart disease. Eddie was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2006. Orton brought up Eddie during his feud with Rey Mysterio on the road to WrestleMania, to the fans' disgust. Rey would go on to defeat Orton and Kurt Angle at WrestleMania to win his first World title.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
