Shawn Michaels has been put down by Randy Orton on various occasions
WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels has faced Randy Orton on countless occasions, as the duo was on WWE RAW in the 2000s. Both Superstars defeated the other on various occasions, but it also means that Orton stayed true to his moniker whenever he defeated the Heartbreak Kid. Back in 2003, Orton and Shawn kicked off a feud and faced each other at Unforgiven. This was when Orton had recently started calling himself "The Legend Killer". At the PPV, the match was billed as "Legend vs Legend Killer", and it ended with Orton scoring a victory over the WWE veteran.
Years later, Orton met Shawn again at Judgment Day 2007. He attacked Michaels a short while before the match, and it eventually helped him put down Shawn in a quick manner. They resumed their feud in late 2007 when Michaels returned to WWE TV. The feud ended at Survivor Series 2007, where Orton defeated Michaels to retain his WWE title.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
