#2: Definitely won't: 'Superstar' Billy Graham
Billy Graham may have been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004 by Triple H, but a lot has changed since then. A former champion, Graham was at one time one of the most popular wrestlers in the world, but has since fallen out of favor considerably with fans and the company.
Part of that will be due to Graham's recent comments about Kofi Kingston, claiming that the New Day star should be taking steroids to be more 'credible' as a WWE Champion following Kingston's win at WrestleMania 35. His comments didn't sit well with fans, and it seems Graham and WWE aren't on the same page. It's been many many years since fans saw Graham on WWE TV anyway, and don't expect that to change on next week's show.
