On a random episode of SmackDown Live in March 2017, WWE gave away a massive dream match between Randy Orton and AJ Styles in a number one contender's match for the WWE title. Other than that, these two legends have never faced off.

Styles and Orton could tear the house down, and this match could main-event WrestleMania. Their first match was just a glimpse of their in-ring chemistry. I'm sure they could do much more if they are given sufficient time.
Orton is currently a heel, and Styles is still a babyface, it would make complete sense if WWE goes in this direction, and fans would definitely accept the prospect of a feud between Styles and Orton.
