#3. The Bella Twins could return to the Royal Rumble after 3 years
The last time The Bella Twins worked in the Royal Rumble was in the 2022 version of the historic contest. Since then, Brie and Nikki decided to part ways with the company and focus on their personal ventures.
However, The Bella Twins could reunite at the Rumble for one final run in WWE. Brie and Nikki Bella could compete in the match and work as a tag team to go as far as they can in the match and try to win it.
Even if they fail to do so, they could come after the Women's Tag Team Title, challenging the reigning champions Bianca Belair and Naomi.
Nikki Bella was in attendance at the RAW premiere on Netflix last Monday, and teased a WWE return, while Brie Bella recently said that it would be difficult to say no should WWE call them for a comeback.
#2. It has been 2 years since Alexa Bliss last competed in WWE
Alexa Bliss has been out since the Royal Rumble back in January 2023, due to maternity leave. Two years later, it appears that her return is a matter of time, and it would make sense to happen at the Rumble since it would mark exactly two years since her last appearance.
The Goddess could show up as a surprise entrant at the Women's Royal Rumble Match (e.g No.30) and go on to win it, getting a title shot at WrestleMania 41 either against the Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley or the new Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton.
#1. Charlotte Flair could be revealed as Tiffany Stratton's first challenger at the Royal Rumble
Tiffany Stratton cashed in her Money in the Bank briefcase on the first SmackDown of 2025 and dethroned Nia Jax to become the new Women's Champion.
As she will show up on the blue brand this Friday to celebrate her first major title in WWE, SmackDown GM Nick Aldis could announce that she will defend her title at the Royal Rumble without revealing the challenger's name, though.
At the Rumble, Charlotte Flair could be revealed as Tiffany Stratton's opponent, making her return to WWE after 13 months. The Queen has been out since December 2023 following a serious knee injury that required surgery.
Flair has since made a full recovery and recently teased a WWE return.
