The first RAW after SummerSlam was as explosive as Saturday's premium live event and set the stage for new feuds and title matches, as WWE has shifted its attention to the next PLE, Bash in Berlin, on Saturday, August 31.
We already have the first title match scheduled for Bash in Berlin, as Randy Orton will look to even the score with Gunther in a rematch from their King of the Ring Final in late May. The stakes will be higher this time, though, as the World Heavyweight Championship will be on the line.
This match also means that Randy Orton will switch brands and move to RAW, but it is unclear if he will switch permanently or return to SmackDown should he lose to Gunther.
With that in mind, we take a look at three superstars that could switch brands:
#3. Former WWE Champion AJ Styles
He has done a great job as a heel lately but has failed to dethrone Cody Rhodes. Thus, he appears to have no direction at the moment, as it is not likely the WWE will give him another title shot against Cody soon.
He could go after the new United States Champion, LA Knight, but the creative team does not have any plans to reignite the feud that led to a match at WrestleMania 40.
Meanwhile, he could get involved in new storylines should he move to RAW and challenge either new Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker or the new World Heavyweight Champion Gunther to a title match.
Another scenario could be reuniting with Finn Balor and Liv Morgan and joining The Judgment Day's new version against Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley.
#2. Braun Strowman
We put him on the list because he has yet to get involved in a serious storyline aside from some sporadic appearances on RAW when he confronted The Judgment Day.
If WWE has no plans to have him join Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley against the faction, it would be better to move to SmackDown and come to the aid of Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns against Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline, targeting Jacob Fatu, who has done a great job as a heel since his WWE debut.
#1. Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens has spent a lot of time fighting The Bloodline, but it is unlikely he will go after Cody Rhodes or LA Knight, as they are all babyfaces.
Given their history, it is also unlikely he will side with Roman Reigns against Solo Sikoa. So, unless he has a heel turn, a move to RAW will help him start over and enable him to return to the title picture.
Should he remain a face, he could challenge Bron Breakker for the Intercontinental Championship or go after Gunther and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Last but not least, he could also help Sami Zayn and Jey Uso in their battle against The Judgment Day.
