WWE Superstars are generally known to be tough and serious characters that shouldn't be messed with. However, some of them can also play a special character during the spirit of Christmas.
John Cena, Mark Henry, Big Show, Mick Foley, and Stone Cold Steve Austin are just some of the notable WWE Superstars who dressed up as Santa Claus throughout the years. While some used the disguise to add joy to the spirit of Christmas, others used it to their advantage and blindside their opponents. Dressing up as Santa is something that has dwindled down in the past few years, but a few of them renewed the tradition this year.
For this list, we will look at the three WWE stars who dressed up as Santa Claus in 2024:

#3. Braun Strowman on WWE SmackDown
Braun Strowman recently returned to WWE television after being injured on RAW in September during his Last Monster Standing Match against Bronson Reed. He has since crossed paths with Carmelo Hayes on the Friday show, which continued last week.
The Monster Among Monsters was a guest at The Grayson Waller Effect dressed as Santa Claus. However, his costume wasn't enough to invoke the holiday spirit in Hayes, who came out to insult Strowman before challenging him to a one-on-one match.
#2. JD McDonagh on Monday Night RAW
Damian Priest's Judgment Day problems continued this week on Monday Night RAW. On the recent episode, he faced Dominik Mysterio in a singles match. However, the latter wasn't the only one who made his presence known during the bout.
Towards the end of the match, Damian noticed a Santa Claus sitting in the front row, which turned out to be JD McDonagh. After attacking him, Priest also found Carlito hiding underneath the ring. Despite finding both men, the former World Heavyweight Champion was blindsided by Finn Balor. The Judgment Day attacked their former member before he received some help from The War Raiders.
#1. Ridge Holland on WWE NXT
Santa's disguise wasn't enough to help Braun and JD in their respective brands. Strowman lost against Carmelo while McDonagh was overpowered by Damian. The only Santa who succeeded this week was Ridge Holland.
This week's NXT featured a Four-Way Match between OTM, The D'Angelo Family, No Quarter Catch Crew, and Hank Walker and Tank Ledger to determine who will be the next number-one contender of the brand's Tag Team Championship. Towards the middle of the match, Ridge Holland dressed as Santa attacked D'Angelo. The distraction led to Bronco Nima and Lucien Price winning.
