Triple H came to WWE in 1995 and struggled to find his footing for a short while. This run included a squash loss against The Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania 12. Triple H went on to win the King of the Ring 1997 tournament and never looked back.

He formed D-Generation X with Shawn Michaels and Chyna in 1997 and the faction soon became one of the most popular groups in all of pro-wrestling. Later, Triple H also joined The Corporation and The Corporate Ministry. Soon after becoming a main-event star, Triple H formed the McMahon-Helmsley Faction with Stephanie McMahon.

In 2003, Triple H and Ric Flair brought in Randy Orton and Batista to form Evolution. The quartet was the most dominant faction on WWE TV for around two years and gave us future megastars in Orton and Batista. In 2013, Triple H turned heel and helped Randy Orton defeat Daniel Bryan to win the WWE title at SummerSlam 2013, thus forming The Authority.
The faction feuded with John Cena in late 2014 and lost a Classic Survivor Series match to Team Cena at the namesake pay-per-view. The Authority also consisted of Seth Rollins, Stephanie McMahon, Kane, and a bunch of other WWE Superstars.
