Batista won the World Heavyweight title from Triple H at WrestleMania 21, thus becoming the biggest star in WWE and someone who was destined to be the face of the company in the near future. Batista was heavily pushed at the time, and he scored another victory over The Game at Backlash 2005. The duo met again inside Hell In A Cell at Vengeance 2005. At this point, Triple H had never lost a Hell In A Cell match, and fans were behind Batista like never before. The Animal proved his mettle on this night and defeated his former mentor to retain the belt.
Two years later, Batista had a heated rivalry with The Undertaker over the World Heavyweight title. The Undertaker had defeated Batista at WrestleMania 23 to win the World Heavyweight Championship. By the time Survivor Series 2007 came around, Batista was again the World Champion. The two went at it inside Hell In A Cell and wrestled for just over 20 minutes. In the end, Edge interfered in the match and attacked The Deadman, allowing Batista to pin him and retain the World Heavyweight title belt.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
