Could the Prize Fighter be WWE Champion by the end of the year?

Despite being a former NXT, Universal, Intercontinental and United States Champion, 2019 has been a strange year for Kevin Owens.

Spending the start of it on the shelf, Owens returned earlier this year, and even had a brief face run, before returning to his villainous roots and failing to win the WWE title.

Last week on SmackDown Live Owens was a tour de force on the Blue brand, delivering a promo that ripped apart Dolph Ziggler.

At the end of the show, Owens gave a stunner to the Show Off, hinting at another face turn for the Canadian, one that'll hopefully mean something this time.

Bischoff's arrival to SmackDown at the same time as this push is too neat to be a coincidence, as it seems the WCW magnate has big plans for the Prizefighter.
