#1 Isn't ready to get pushed by Vince McMahon: Mandy Rose
Mandy Rose is a superstar who many feel is Vince McMahon's "prototype" for a female wrestler. She has a great look, and this usually goes far when Vince McMahon sees potential marketability.
However, it hasn't been tapped in on. The most significant part of Mandy Rose's WWE career was her feud with Sonya Deville last year - a long one that extended from WrestleMania to SummerSlam 2020.

Since then, Vince McMahon has paired Mandy Rose with Dana Brooke, and they have been a bit underwhelming in the Women's Tag Team division. It doesn't look like they're going to make a splash anytime soon and eventually, they will split up.
Who the beneficiary of that split-up will be is yet to be seen, but it's most likely going to be Mandy Rose. She is turning 31 years old soon and has a long way to go.
While the backstage perception of some WWE officials might be that women should have shorter careers than men, the new generation is more primed for long careers.
