#2 Wrestler that wants to face him: Samoa Joe
Former United States Champion Samoa Joe recently sat down with SportBible to discuss a few things about his career. When asked about his desire to face The Undertaker before he hangs up his boots, the Samoan wrestler said this:
"Absolutely. You know, I think the things that especially now that I appreciate about 'Taker's work are much more on display now than they probably ever have been. And yeah, I would be down to get down with 'Taker, whether it would be now or whenever in the future."
While we don't know if WWE will ever book this match, it could certainly serve up a very interesting storyline leading into a brutal, hard-fought match. Both Superstars are fan-favorites and their match would be likely to receive a bit reaction from the WWE Universe.
#1 The Undertaker wants to work with: Drew McIntyre
After having a devastating match with Goldberg at WWE Super ShowDown last year, The Undertaker requested the company to allow him to work with Drew McIntyre, as per Justin Barrasso of SI.com.
"Sports Illustrated learned that McIntyre was on the shortlist of Undertaker's requested opponents following his debacle in Saudi Arabia against Bill Goldberg at the Super ShowDown".
WWE paired 'Taker with Roman Reigns and they faced Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view in 2019. It was a redemption match for The Phenom, and we are glad it didn't end the way it did in Saudi Arabia.
Right now, McIntyre is preparing for his upcoming match with Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 36 for the WWE Championship. In the future, we could see these two Superstars squaring off in the middle of the ring. Could The Scottish Psychopath be the third person to ever beat The Phenom at WrestleMania?
