The Mexican superstar has had a slow start on the main roster. The former NXT champion faced fellow luchador Sin Cara in his first feud. He wrestled against AJ Styles in a non-title match and suffered his first defeat against the Phenomenal One.
The noteworthy highlights for "El Idolo" in his short tenure have been the matches against Rey Mysterio. Andrade has also been involved in fatal four-way matches involving Samoa Joe, Rey Mysterio, and R-Truth for the United States championship.
The Mexican does not have a singles match for Wrestlemania 35, but that may very well change as he is set to face against Rey Mysterio on Smackdown Live before Wrestlemania. Otherwise, an appearance in the Andre the Giant Memorial battle royal awaits the high flyer.
Andrade has already shown what he is capable of from his days in NXT, especially in matches against Gargano and Black, and now, needs to prove it all again that he belongs with the best.
