Rey Mysterio is a super talented wrestler who is currently one of the best high flyers in the company.

He is a luchador and there is no asking why he still wears a mask even after so many years.
In 1999, Mysterio was working for the WCW where he faced Kevin Nash and Scott Hall in a Hair vs. Mask match along with his tag team partner Konnan.
Mysterio lost the match and got unmasked. The mask means a lot to him and his family, and he also expressed his disappointment regarding this incident.
However, then in the WWE, he again got unmasked by Chris Jericho in Extreme Rules 2009, and by Cody Rhodes in an episode of Smackdown Live in 2011.
All of these incidents were shocking ones, as he was best known for his mask during his entire career as well as his incredible agile offence.
He recently signed a 2-year contract with the WWE and will continue to work as a full-time wrestler.
