Drew McIntyre has made an impact in his return to the main roster this year. He also made a big impact in WWE NXT where he captured the NXT Championship from Bobby Roode at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III. Drew however lost the title to Andrade Cien Almas before suffering a legitimate injury before he was called up to the main roster.

After McIntyre got released by WWE in 2014, he went on to wrestle at the independent circuit under his real name where he found success. He also signed with TNA Impact Wrestling where he won the Impact World Championship and the Impact Grand Championship. He showed the world what he could accomplish.
Drew was Vince McMahon's "Chosen One" in his early career where he was seen as a future world champion, but never won the title which he was destined to win. Drew has what it takes to main event PPVs and be the top superstar on Raw right now. He deserves to finally be a world champion in WWE and he should be one this year.
