Another person who would not benefit from Dean becoming a heel is The Glorious One. Bobby Roode is one of the most underutilised superstars on RAW at the moment, and if Dean turned heel, he would continue to languish in the mid-card.

Since all the belts on RAW are currently involved in the feud between The Dogs of War and The Shield, Roode hasn't had a chance to shine or win a belt in a while. Roode has the potential to main event the most significant pay per views, but Dean would continue to overshadow him if he turned heel.
