#2 Triple H Wants Pushed: Kevin Owens
Out of the NXT call-ups, Triple H is the fondest of, Kevin Owens is most likely that guy. "The Prizefighter" has impressed Hunter as a top-tier Superstar since his stint in NXT, and while he doesn't look like a prototypical WWE Superstar, Triple H has looked past Owens' shortcomings in favour of the great things Kevin brings to the table. Although Kevin Owens has been a pretty significant star on the companies main roster over the past three years considering Owens is a multi-time US and Intercontinental Champion (as well as a 1-time Universal Champion), it's clear Kevin has not been featured nearly as heavily as Triple H would like.
For much of the past year, Kevin Owens has been floating around the midcard without any real sustained pushes, and this is something Hunter undoubtedly wants changed as soon as possible. It has been noted in the past that while Vince McMahon wasn't very fond of Kevin Owens to begin with, he has since come around to the French-Canadian, and with a bit of pleading from Hunter to Vince, 2019 could very well be a big year for Kevin Owens in WWE. However, Kevin certainly isn't Vince's first choice for a wrestler he'd like to push by any stretch next year, unfortunately...
