#17 and 16 Billie Kay and Peyton Royce
Billie Kay and Peyton Royce had one of the biggest moments of their careers earlier this year at WrestleMania where they won the WWE Women’s Tag-Team titles. They weren’t featured much on SmackDown since then though and since losing the titles, they haven’t really been featured much on the blue brand.
They are definitely going to stay on SmackDown despite being undrafted because the RAW women’s division looks pretty stacked right now.

#15 and 14 Akam and Rezar – Authors of Pain
AOP are ready to return to the ring but they also got overlooked during the WWE Draft for some reason. Akam and Rezar are almost certainly going to stay on RAW though, with weeks of vignettes featuring them already been showcased in recent months.
#13 Nia Jax
Former RAW Women’s Champion Nia Jax is another injured Superstar who had to be left out of the WWE draft. One of Jax’s last WWE appearances came in the Fatal-4-Way Women’s tag-title match at WrestleMania. She picked up ACL tears to both her knees shortly after Mania and will be sidelined until next year.
