WWE Friday Night SmackDown is just a few days away and the show is already looking to be must-watch TV. This is especially true thanks to a segment announced featuring The Bloodline and their newest member Jacob Fatu.
Fatu made his debut last week on the blue brand after having been rumored to be WWE-bound for months. He aligned himself with Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Paul Heyman after a violent first look on WWE SmackDown. Fans have wondered what would be next for Jacob and the stable, but now that answer has been revealed.
A Bloodline Acknowledgement Ceremony has been announced for SmackDown this week. Unfortunately for the dangerous faction, there is a very real chance that this segment won't go uninterrupted. There is a chance Cody Rhodes will interrupt things.
The 38-year old star is the reigning Undisputed WWE Champion and while that should have Rhodes on cloud nine, that isn't likely the case. The American Nightmare is almost certainly fuming following Jacob Fatu's debut last week.
Fatu made his first-ever SmackDown appearance and brutalized Cody Rhodes in the process before posing with The Bloodline. The world champion may want to get a measure of revenge by showing up with a baseball bat and knocking the members of The Bloodline upside their skulls. Fatu would very likely be the primary focus.
Cody Rhodes has been announced for a major match at WWE Money in the Bank
Regardless of whether Cody Rhodes will interrupt the upcoming SmackDown segment or not, he will soon have a chance to get his hands on at least three of The Bloodline members. Unfortunately, it isn't yet clear which ones.
Rhodes wasn't the only person attacked by Jacob Fatu last week. Both Randy Orton and Kevin Owens were also brutalized by the violent WWE star. This isn't a total surprise, however, as they have been feuding with Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa for quite some time.
All three men will get a chance at revenge, however, as Orton, Rhodes, and Owens will team up to take on three of the four Bloodline members. This six-man tag team match will take place at Money in the Bank.
Unless Jacob Fatu wrestles before hand, this will likely mark his debut match in WWE. This will also make for Cody's first premium live event without a title defense since winning the world title at WrestleMania 40.
Will The American Nightmare, The Viper, and The Prizefighter get their revenge and defeat the most dangerous faction in wrestling? For now, fans will have to wait to find out.
