#1 Asuka
Asuka has a long list of achievements in her resume. In the independent circuit in Japan, she has literally won dozens of championships. When she finally joined WWE in 2015 as an NXT superstar, she already had a huge fan following in Japan. Asuka made her Raw debut in September 2017.
If she had joined WWE in 2013-14 when the 'Four Horsewomen' were also in NXT, she could have easily become the 5th Horsewomen. She also had a 914 days long undefeated streak to her name which eventually, Charlotte ended by defeating her at Wrestlemania 34.
