#3 Cesaro
Much like Robert Roode, Cesaro also got separated from his tag-team partner, the other half of The Bar, Sheamus at the Superstar Shake-up. Cesaro was moved to RAW, while Sheamus remained on SmackDown. As a result, both of these talented superstars will now be competing as singles superstars.

Being considered one of the best wrestlers in WWE, Cesaro got an impressive win on his first night on RAW, as he defeated another debutant Cedric Alexander after a good match. Cesaro, in my opinion, is one of the most underrated wrestlers on the main roster and surely deserves more than some random matches on RAW.
#2 Bobby Lashley

Remember the time when Bobby Lashley was a triple champion in Impact Wrestling and fans were speculating whether they'll ever see him in WWE. Well, he did make his return to WWE on the night after WrestleMania 34, but what looked like a promising run from The All Mighty has been nothing more than a forgettable one for him and his fans.
Currently, he is directionless and might not even have a match at the Money in the Bank PPV next month. Him being in the MITB match could have given him a chance for a good showing, potentially leading to a big match at SummerSlam later this year.
