#3 Cody beating Shawn Spears
One of the marquee matches for AEW All Out was the Executive Vice President of the promotion, Cody Rhodes, taking on a former WWE Superstar, Shawn Spears. After having a heated build-up to their feud, the result of Cody coming out victorious was a little questionable.
Cody is already a star, who could have been used to put over Shawn Spears, leading to the birth of a new top guy. Even though the match was amazing, but losing to Cody has derailed his momentum and one has to wonder what's next for him?

We understand that the ultimate aim is for the face to overcome the heel, but a heel who just talks without winning matches cannot be taken seriously, in the long term.
#2 Expecting the main event to follow up that ladder match
The in-ring action at AEW All Out was exceptional, with most of the matches delivering. The best match of the night was easily the ladder match for the AAA Tag Team Championship between The Lucha Bros and Young Bucks. There were many insane spots throughout that bout that made fans in the arena and all around the world jump out of their seat in excitement.
This match was then followed by the main event between Jericho and Page for the AEW World title. While that was good as well, it was unfair to expect them to follow that ladder match and hence it felt a little dull.
It's not a great idea to have two marquee matches one after the other, and the sooner AEW learns that, the better it would be for them.
