On November 2, 2024, WWE will present the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event live from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. At the recently concluded Bad Blood PLE, Triple H announced the addition of the Crown Jewel Championship and the Crown Jewel Women's Championship.
The Game also announced that Cody Rhodes and Gunther will battle for the Crown Jewel Championship, while Liv Morgan and Nia Jax will battle for the Crown Jewel Women's Championship. Both these matches announced by the WWE CCO are top-tier bouts that are expected to entertain wrestling fans.
However, apart from these bouts, it's obvious Triple H will need to book more matches to fill the card. In this article, we will look at four blockbuster matches Triple H must book for Crown Jewel 2024:
A WWE Hall of Famer isn't a John Cena fan. More details HERE
#4. Rhea Ripley vs. Raquel Rodriguez must be booked at WWE Crown Jewel
At WWE Bad Blood, Raquel Rodriguez made her return to the Stamford-based promotion and robbed Rhea Ripley of her chance to win the Women's World Championship. While it may seem fair that Ripley deserves another shot at the title, it would make sense for her to face Rodriguez first.
Until now, WWE fans have already seen Ripley face Morgan on multiple occasions. Also, since Morgan will be fighting for the Crown Jewel Women's Championship, it would make sense for Ripley to face Rodriguez and put an end to the rivalry started between them.
#3. Seth Rollins vs. Bronson Reed
On August 5, 2024, Seth Rollins was brutally attacked by Bronson Reed on Monday Night RAW. This attack from Reed led to Rollins being hospitalized. However, last week, when Reed fought Braun Strowman in a Last Monster Standing match on RAW, Rollins returned and attacked the Aussie superstar.
This week, too, Rollins delivered a promo targeting Bronson Reed. Now that The Visionary has returned and is raring to go, it only makes sense for Triple H to book a match between the two superstars at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.
#2. LA Knight vs. Carmelo Hayes (United States Championship)
Last week's episode of SmackDown saw Carmelo Hayes beat AJ Styles after the latter was unable to continue due to an injury. While the ending of the match was sad for Styles' fans to watch, Hayes had a reason to be happy because the winner of the match was promised a United States Championship shot by LA Knight.
Based on this promise, Triple H could look to book a US Title match between LA Knight and Carmelo Hayes at WWE Crown Jewel. The last time Knight fought at Crown Jewel was in a losing effort against Roman Reigns in 2023. However, The Mega Star received a good response from the crowd, and that's why he must be booked.
#1. Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa
At WWE Bad Blood, Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes teamed up to beat Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. However, after this victory, The Rock made a surprise appearance, and later, via an Instagram video, he said that he was not happy with everything that happened in the last six months.
The Rock's sudden appearance at Bad Blood could hint at him actively being involved in the rivalry, and if that's the case, WWE needs to book a singles match between Reigns and Sikoa with immediate effect. The best place this could happen is at WWE Crown Jewel 2024.
After this match, the Stamford-based promotion could build towards booking a match between Reigns' Bloodline and Sikoa's Bloodline at Survivor Series: WarGames. If The Rock chooses to side with Sikoa, it won't be surprising to see him lead Bloodline 2.0 against Roman Reigns at Survivor Series.
Apart from these matches, there are matches like Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker that can be booked for Crown Jewel based on Breakker's attack on Jey last night. However, the four matches mentioned in this article provide RAW and SmackDown equal representation at Crown Jewel.
