The ladies of the WWE have come a long way from being treated as eye candy for a predominantly male audience.

Prior to the Women's Evolution, the women of the WWE (then known as the WWE Divas) were often placed in the cool down spot after a big men's match as a time to take a break prior to the main event.

But thanks in large part to the women of WWE NXT (particularly the Four Horsewomen of Sasha Banks, Bayley, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch) as well as the increasing power of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, the times have definitely changed since then.

One of the main reasons for the success of the WWE Women's Division in recent years is that fact that the women are judged mainly for ability instead of looks as evidenced by Triple H taking over for John Laurinaitis back in the summer of 2012.

Which brings me to the rumored Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey Triple Threat Match for the RAW Women's Championship.

Lynch has been one of the WWE's hottest Superstars regardless of gender with her "The Man" moniker which has resonated with the fans since last fall. Her character is very reminiscent of "Stone Cold" Steve Austin as she tries to defy the McMahon Family, especially Vince McMahon.
