Daniel Bryan as a champion has been superlative

Now, this is more like it. This is still what could be categorized as a bold prediction. Why? Because it's been a while since Bryan has occupied that top spot (and done an admirable job) and someone could be looked at to replace him.

This is where it gets tricky. It's highly likely that Daniel Bryan would be going up against Kofi Kingston. If it was a Randy Orton or an AJ Styles or a Samoa Joe you could have argued that yes they had a great chance of making it because these are the wrestlers who could carry the title on them, Kofi is certainly a fan favourite but in some ways its still not clear whether WWE actually has the belief in him to put him at the top of the roster. Hence the smart money says it would be Bryan retaining the title yet again
