Since returning to WWE SmackDown last year, Bobby Lashley has experienced mixed times in the promotion. While WWE initially tried to push Lashley and the Street Profits as a face, towards the end of 2023, the promotion attempted to turn them heel.
However, based on the crowd's reaction, it seemed like the faction was still a face. The same was seemingly confirmed when WWE booked a rivalry between Bobby Lashley's faction and Karrion Kross' new faction on SmackDown. Hence, now that Lashley is potentially face, he could look to make some changes to face Kross and his men.
In this article, we will look at four changes Lashley can make to his faction on SmackDown:
A WWE Hall of Famer isn't a John Cena fan. More details HERE
#4. Bobby Lashley can name his faction
The Street Profits and Bobby Lashley have been associated for a long time now. However, the stable hasn't received an official name yet. That's why, in the coming episodes of SmackDown, The All Mighty can look to give his faction an official name.
As per a tweet from WrestleVotes, the Stamford-based promotion planned to reveal the name of Bobby Lashley's faction on SmackDown's last episode. However, due to unknown reasons, the plan was canceled. It also mentioned that the planned name for the group was "The Pride."
#3. B-Fab joins Lashley's faction
While Bobby Lashley spoke to many superstars when he returned to WWE in 2023, he ultimately formed a team with the Street Profits. However, towards the end of the year, B-Fab was spotted with Lashley and his faction. She also requested a private meeting with Lashley.
While there has been no significant development since then, B-Fab could be an addition to the group in the coming weeks. Given Lashley is going to face Karrion Kross and his faction, adding B-Fab would work well since she could provide competition to Scarlett Bordeaux.
#2. New male members could be added to the faction
Before Bobby Lashley could form a faction with the Street Profits, he was part of the Hurt Business. Hence, Lashley knows what it takes to run a faction successfully, and this is why he could look to add more members apart from the Street Profits.
Some possible members who could shake Lashley's hand and join his side are Carmelo Hayes, Omos, and MVP. It will be interesting to observe if the former United States Champion approaches any of these superstars.
#1. Street Profits become Tag Team Champions
One of the best ways a faction can prove themselves to be dominant is by winning titles. While Lashley winning a singles title right now seems unlikely, he could push Street Profits to do the same. On SmackDown, Lashley could push Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins to wrestle in tag team matches.
Victory in these tag team contests could ensure that Street Profits receive an opportunity to compete for the Undisputed Tag Team Championships. And if they manage to win the Tag Titles, there is nothing that could stop Lashley and his faction from becoming a top faction in WWE.
