The Rock and Roman Reigns have been pushing towards a feud on WWE TV for several years.
Roman Reigns is the current Universal Champion and easily one of the biggest stars in the company. The Rock was once seen as WWE's biggest star and has returned several times throughout Reigns' career.

Whilst their upcoming feud has been rumored for several years, WWE are yet to make any match between the two men official. That being said, the whole feud is built upon the fact that Reigns and The Rock are cousins, which isn't actually true.
Whilst the two men have become close throughout their lives and outside of WWE they do see each other as their cousins, they are not actually blood relations.
Instead it appears that their ancestors are "blood brothers" and liked their family lines a long time ago. This is enough to build a deeply personal feud upon, but it has been made clear several times that The Rock and Roman Reigns are not truly related.
