Jeff Hardy is one notable name, who was part Crown Jewel last year but will miss out on participating this year. While a Tag Team World Cup will take place this year, in the previous edition of Crown Jewel, Jeff was eliminated in the quarterfinal by The Miz.

Jeff Hardy, 42, has had several injuries in his lengthy career, and he suffered another one after WrestleMania 35. The three-time WWE Champion was building momentum, as he was one of the last four Superstars remaining as part of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at the Show of Shows.

After reuniting with Matt Hardy, The Hardy Boyz won the SmackDown Tag Team titles, but the title reign didn't last long. When Lars Sullivan assaulted The Hardy Boyz, Jeff suffered a leg injury, forcing him to relinquish his title.

Given that the injury has kept him out of action for a long time and will keep him out of this year's Crown Jewel, it will be interesting to see when the high-flyer returns to action.
