Being a Grand Slam champion is a major accomplishment, which very few wrestlers have been able to accomplish. While many top-notch Superstars like John Cena, Undertaker and others have failed to accomplish it, many mid-card wrestlers like Jeff Hardy, Rob Van Dam, and others have been able to call themselves Grand Slam Champion.

Under the present format, to become a Grand Slam Champion, a wrestler needs to win one Primary or World Championship, one Tag Team title, and, both the secondary Championships. While Jeff Hardy is the newest member to join the list of Grand Slam Champions, Shawn Michaels is the first ever Grand Slam Champion in the WWE.
