4 huge predictions for WWE this month (December 2018)

Will John Cena return to WWE for a longer stint, this December?
Will John Cena return to WWE for a longer stint, this December?

The month of November had its highs and lows. However, having said that, it was a month WWE would like to forget quickly.

With a few top names pulling out of the event at the very last moment, WWE had an average outing at Crown Jewel right at the very start of the month. Also, the last pay-per-view of the month, Survivor Series did not live up to the expectations of fans.

Well, in WWE's defense, the departure of their top babyface, Roman Reigns, has left them reeling and vulnerable. Also, the likes of Braun Strowman and Becky Lynch getting injured has worsened things for them.

But hey, don't give up just yet. Happiness can be found in the darkest of times if one only remembers to turn on the lights ( Professor Dumbledore of the Harry Potter novels), and rightfully so, as the new month of December has already begun and it is all about new opportunities.

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

With TLC, one of the most interesting pay-per-views, scheduled for December and the upcoming Royal Rumble in January, there is so much to look forward to.

It is that time of year where WWE starts planning for Royal Rumble and eventually the main event of WrestleMania. So today lets look at my 4 predictions for WWE this month.

#4 The Miz turns face

WWE has been teasing us with this for a bit
WWE has been teasing us with this for a bit

Since his willingness to fight for his brand and himself in the first ever WWE World Cup at Crown Jewel even after declared unfit to compete by the referee, WWE has been teasing us with a potential face turn for The Miz.

In fact, for the past couple of weeks, he has been hell-bent on insisting Shane McMahon to form an alliance with him. Still, he has not yet turned into a full-fledged face on the blue brand. However, WWE might do the same this December.

On another note, he is also one of the hot favorites to win the Royal Rumble, next year.

His run as the top heel on the blue brand has been phenomenal, and I personally feel he is best suited as a top heel.

#3 Kurt Angle returns as the Raw General Manager

Kurt Angle may replace Strowman at TLC

Kurt Angle has been off WWE TV ever since his loss at the hands of Drew McIntyre. However, this week on Raw, WWE reminded us that he still is the legit General Manager of the red brand.

There has been a lot of speculations going on all over the internet over who should replace Strowman at TLC given he was scheduled for an elbow surgery this week. Bray Wyatt seems to be the hot favourite for that. However, it may happen that Kurt Angle shocks everyone by returning at TLC to compete against Constable Corbin with the same stipulation.

Also, given Alexa Bliss, a heel figure, has been named in charge of the Women's division on the red brand, expect WWE to have a babyface General Manager to showcase heel vs face differences and banter each week on Raw, and someone like Angle seems fit for that.

#2 John Cena returns after TLC for a longer stint with WWE

John Cena is rumored to return for a longer stint this time around
John Cena is rumored to return for a longer stint this time around

John Cena last featured at WWE Super Show Down in a tag team match with Bobby Lashley. He later pulled himself out of the Crown Jewel pay-per-view last month. However, given the Royal Rumble is approaching us, this might be the right time for a potential return of the 16 time World Champion.

However, before all that, he is scheduled to appear at a live event at MSG on 12th of December. And keeping the Royal Rumble in the mind, the Raw after TLC could be the best time for Mr. Hustle Loyalty and Respect to return to WWE for a longer stint.

Interestingly, WWE might be looking at him for a match against Lesnar at Royal Rumble, if Strowman fails to recover by January. Also, given the recent lack of the star power in WWE, WWE needs him more than ever.

#1 The Wyatt Family reunites

Will we see a family reunion anytime soon?
Will we see a family reunion anytime soon?

Rumors of Bray Wyatt returning at TLC have been making the rounds all over the internet. However, WWE has neither confirmed nor hinted at anything like that.

Given there is no big stable left on the red brand after The Shield dissolved and with the absence of any high profile tag teams on the red brand, there is not any real competition for AoP. Thus, it might not be long before WWE reunites the Wyatt Family on the Raw brand.

This would not only make the tag division relevant and interesting once again on the red brand, but WWE could also plan a blockbuster feud between AoP and the Wyatts leading up to a match at the Royal Rumble.

Also, it would be interesting to see if WWE introduces a few new names in the Wyatt Family. All in all, a family reunion would certainly make everyone happy and prove to be 'best for business'.
