Bayley started off her WWE career with its developmental territory, NXT and got promoted to the main roster soon after impressing the company's officials. Though, Bayley was red hot working on the yellow brand, like the others she has also failed to create much of an impact.

Soon after her promotion to the main roster, she became Raw Women's Champion, but her reign as a champion is the one that nobody really remembers now. Also, there is nothing much left for her in WWE. Because of her gimmick, she can't turn heel too.
