Bianca Belair made waves during her brief appearance in the first ever Mae Young Classic, and while she's yet to put it all together, it's clear that she's got a very bright future within WWE. She had her first Takeover appearance back in Phoenix in a losing effort to Shayna Baszler, and while that was a big defeat for her, she proved to the entire NXT Universe that she truly belongs in the ring with the brand's top stars.

While many believe Io Shirai will come out on top against Shayna Baszler, it's clear that Belair's combination of sass, charisma, athleticism and her unique personality will eventually land her atop the NXT Women's division. WWE doesn't want to hold her back from potential to proven product for too long, and if her Takeover bout with Shayna Baszler is anything to go by, she's ready, and we believe by the end of 2019 she'll prove it to the world.
