#1 The OC (Gallows & Anderson)

The team of Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman defeated The OC to grab the RAW Tag-Team Titles, hence, they certainly deserve a rematch. If WWE decides to continue the storyline, The OC could tussle Strowman and Rollins at Clash of Champions. With the guidance of AJ Styles, Gallows & Anderson will have a bright possibility to recapture the twin belts.
Prior to the reunion, Gallows & Anderson were just another tag team on the Red Brand. Despite being extremely talented they weren't propelled well in the past few years but the scenario altered when they teamed up with the Phenomenal One. Since Gallows & Anderson were the bad guys, Styles turned heel to join hands. The heel turn certainly rejuvenated Styles' character, while Gallows & Anderson started to gain momentum.
When Gallows & Anderson won the RAW Tag-Team Titles a few weeks back, a large number of fans speculated a solid run for The OC but it didn't happen. They dropped the twin titles within just three weeks, nevertheless, they lost the belts to the two top guys of the company. Since WrestleMania 35, the RAW Tag-Team Titles haven't been on the line in a pay-per-view, therefore, it will be interesting to see if the rematch takes place at Clash of Champions.
