#1 Joining the Club

WWE has not gone full throttle with The Club, not yet at least. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson made their WWE debuts (re-debut in Gallows' case) in April 2016 and aligned themselves with AJ Styles soon after. However, The Club was separated during the Draft.
Finn Balor had a loose alliance with the Good Brothers in early 2018 but it did not go anywhere. Now, AJ Styles has turned heel again and The Club is back together. He even won the United States Championship at Extreme Rules thanks to them.

Now would be the perfect time to move Balor over to Raw and go all-in on The Club, especially since he was the one who began it all. With Paul Heyman in charge, Finn Balor would likely be in safe hands and The Club would thrive better than ever.
We could even get a power struggle storyline down the line between Styles and Balor, with both of them strong enough to be dominant leaders. It is time for WWE to pull the trigger on heel Finn Balor, for the time being at least.
