Naomi and Bayley faced the team of Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton in a high-stakes tornado tag team match during the latest episode of WWE SmackDown. The stakes were clear: if Naomi and Bayley won, the one who secured the pinfall would earn a shot at the WWE Women's Championship against Nia Jax at Bad Blood 2024. However, if they lost, the person who got pinned would be forced to leave SmackDown permanently.

During the closing moments of the match, Jax hit Bayley with a Samoan Drop, but Naomi took advantage and stacked Nia for the pin. Coincidentally, it appeared that The Role Model also had Nia in a roll-up, confusing who actually secured the victory for the team.

Later in the show, General Manager Nick Aldis announced that due to the inconclusive finish, Naomi and Bayley will face each other next week to determine who will challenge Nia Jax at Bad Blood 2024.

Top WWE star blasted, compared to Winnie the Pooh RIGHT HERE

Below are four possible finishes for Bayley and Naomi’s high-stakes match on SmackDown next week.

#4. Naomi gets the much-needed win

Naomi made her shocking return to WWE during the 2024 Women's Royal Rumble Match. Since then, however, she has not received a one-on-one opportunity for the WWE Women's Championship. Her last title bout was a Triple Threat Match at Backlash France a few months ago, where Bayley defeated both Naomi and Tiffany Stratton to retain her title. Since that loss, The Glow has been without any major feuds.

This upcoming match against Bayley is a must-win for Naomi. A clean victory over The Role Model could give The Glow the long-awaited title shot and also spark a fresh and exciting feud with Nia Jax moving forward.

#3. Bayley secures a rematch at WWE Bad Blood 2024

Bayley believes her reign as WWE Women's Champion was unfairly cut short when she lost the title to Nia Jax at SummerSlam 2024. A key factor in that loss was Tiffany Stratton's interference, which ultimately cost her the match.

The Role Model feels she deserves a rematch, and a decisive victory over Naomi next week would solidify her as the rightful number one contender for the WWE Women's Championship at Bad Blood 2024. A win would allow Bayley to reclaim the title she believes was stolen from her.

#2. Nia Jax plays spoilsport

Nia Jax was visibly shocked after she had been pinned during the tornado tag team match on SmackDown. Unhappy with how the match unfolded, she may look for revenge next week.

One way for Nia to retaliate is by interfering in the high-stakes match between Naomi and Bayley. She could take them both out, leaving her without a clear challenger for her title defense at Bad Blood 2024. This move would not only send a message but also allow her to dodge a title defense for the time being.

#1. The match ends with no result

WWE has done a great job establishing a compelling dynamic between Naomi and Bayley. Both of them are competitive for the top spot on SmackDown while still maintaining their friendship and support for each other. Their upcoming match next week offers the perfect opportunity to explore this dynamic further.

An ideal finish could see Naomi and Bayley pushing each other to the limit, resulting in a double count-out or no contest as both are unwilling to lose a title opportunity. Moreover, they cannot afford a significant loss at this stage of their careers.

This outcome would not only protect both superstars but also create the perfect setup for a Triple Threat Match at Bad Blood for the WWE Women's Championship between Naomi, Bayley, and Nia Jax.
