#3. Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre is definitely one of the biggest stars in the company, and he was drafted to the Red brand in the recent draft. As a matter of fact, he was picked in the first round of the draft despite currently being sidelined with an injury. This move further displays his importance to WWE.
McIntyre has ascended to the top of the ladder since making his return to WWE. While he won the NXT Title, McIntyre has been equally impressive on the main roster. Although McIntyre is yet to win the Universal Title, he has already achieved some impressive feats.
If The Rock wants to face a top WWE heel, McIntyre would an ideal choice. 'The Scottish Psychopath' is known to deliver captivating promos, and he could bring the best out of 'The Brahma Bull.'
#2. AJ Styles

AJ Styles is a proven veteran in the squared circle, making him a worthy opponent for The Rock at WrestleMania 36. Styles has dominated RAW over the past few months, since reuniting The OC with Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows.
'The Phenomenal One' is currently the holder of the United States Title. He had a fantastic feud with Cedric Alexander, but the champion is yet to find his next challenger. After making his WWE debut in 2016, Styles has been a force to be reckoned with, winning multiple titles. Besides the US Championship, Styles also held the WWE Title twice in his career.
There is no doubt that 'The Phenomenal One' has been on an unprecedented run since turning heel. If Styles wrestles The Rock at the 'Showcase of the Immortals,' he could create nuclear heat. The Rock and CM Punk had a fantastic feud a few years ago when the latter had The Shield as back ups. A feud between Styles and The Rock could turn out to be similar, considering Styles also has two back ups in Gallows and Anderson.
