WWE had a massive week. Last Monday's debut episode of RAW on Netflix had a huge audience. The next night, The Rock appeared on NXT, which received the most viewers since 2019.
Naturally, Triple H and World Wrestling Entertainment will want to capitalize on last week's extreme success by having the shows deliver the goods this week. This means great matches, compelling stories, and jaw-dropping moments.
The best way to keep fans coming back is to have a major ending that leaves them dying for more. This has been done to great success in the past and could very well happen later tonight on RAW.
The big question is, what could be a big ending to keep fans coming back? This article will take a look at a handful of ways the red brand could conclude tonight, which may involve the end of a stable, a major return, or a dream match being set up.
Below are four potential endings to WWE RAW tonight.
#4. The Judgment Day could disband
The Judgment Day are in shambles lately. The stable, which currently consists of Liv Morgan, Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, Raquel Rodriguez, Carlito, and Dominik Mysterio, just can't seem to get on the same page. There is constant in-fighting on WWE RAW.
That in-fighting comes at a bad time for the stable, as they've also lost all of their gold. Finn Balor and JD McDonagh lost the World Tag Team Title to The War Raiders, and Rhea Ripley bested Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship on WWE RAW last week.
Tonight will see Finn Balor battle Damian Priest in a Street Fight. When the match ends, if Priest stands tall, The Judgment Day could implode. Finn and JD could leave to do their own thing, plus Liv could dump Dirty Dom for trying to go back with Rhea. Everything could end tonight.
#3. A WWE star or various stars could join The Judgment Day
There is an alternative to The Judgment Day ending on WWE RAW tonight. Instead of the group imploding, the long-term faction could instead become stronger than ever by adding a new member or multiple members to the group.
For example, Omos could be added as the male bodyguard of the WWE stable. If The Nigerian Giant was watching everyone's back, they'd likely never lose. Alternatively, Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre could be brought in as a women's tag team to try to bring gold to the faction.
There is also the chance that NXT talent could move up as part of the group. For example, Cora Jade would fit in nicely with the stable. Maybe she and even Roxanne Perez could introduce a new era of The Judgment Day, perhaps by costing Damian Priest the win in the main event.
#2. Becky Lynch could return to confront Rhea Ripley
Rhea Ripley is set to appear on WWE Monday Night RAW tonight, but exactly what she'll be doing isn't yet clear. Her appearance on the red brand comes after one of the biggest nights of her career last week.
On RAW's Netflix premiere, Rhea defeated Liv Morgan to regain the Women's World Title, a belt she never lost in the first place. Now, many WWE fans are wondering what's next. Enter Becky Lynch.
The Man has been away from the company for the better part of the past year, but she is expected to return soon. RAW could conclude tonight with Mami being interrupted by The Man, ultimately setting up a rematch between the two future Hall of Famers.
#1. CM Punk could challenge Gunther to a World Heavyweight Title match
CM Punk had an incredible match on the red brand last week. The Second City Saint went one-on-one with Seth Rollins in the main event of the RAW Netflix premiere.
Not only was the bout fantastic, but Punk won the match. It isn't clear if this will end his feud with Seth Rollins forever, but The Second City Saint is likely moving on for now. In fact, he might have WWE gold in his sights.
The end of Monday Night RAW might see CM Punk reveal his plans to challenge Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship. The two incredible wrestlers could have a staredown of sorts to close the show, indicating that the dream match is coming soon. Perhaps it could be at Saturday Night's Main Event?
