Nikki Cross defeated Bayley to earn Alexa Bliss another shot at the SmackDown Women's Championship at Extreme Rules. However, the title changing hands seems highly unlikely.
WWE could have Nikki Cross unintentionally cost Alexa Bliss the match (something similar to what she did at Stomping Grounds) which could result in an infuriated and frustrated Bliss turning on Cross and beating the living daylights out of her. This could then lead to a mouthwatering feud and an interesting storyline for the following weeks if WWE books it right.
While a potential return of The Boss, Sahsa Banks at Extreme Rules to turn on Bayley has been highly speculated, personally I think WWE might be saving that for the following episode of SmackDown Live. It could feature Banks returning to celebrate Bayley's win at Extreme Rules and later turning on her to lay down the breadcrumbs for a classic match at SummerSlam.
