Rey Mysterio has been off WWE TV ever since he relinquished the US title after suffering a separated shoulder during his feud with Samoa Joe. However, the 619- Superstar is set to return on the upcoming episode of Raw.

Meanwhile, Samoa Joe is all set to clash with Kofi Kingston at Extreme Rules for the WWE Championship. While there have speculations of the title changing hands on July 14, I, personally don't see it happening. However, I won't be surprised if WWE makes it a three-way feud by involving Mysterio in it.
Given how Mysterio had to relinquish the US title, his feud with Joe is not over yet. Thus, WWE could have Joe attack Kofi after his match at Extreme Rules, only for Mysterio to make the save.
This would not only make it an exciting three-way feud for the following weeks, but would set up a dream match for SummerSlam.
