#2 AJ Styles
SmackDown was the house that AJ Styles built; he was the face of the blue brand for his entire tenure, and now he finds himself on RAW.
Following the path of Roman Reigns, he could appear again on the blue brand to hype his match against Seth Rollins, and also to make good on his desire to reunite forces with another former stablemate of his - Finn Balor. Styles looked primed for a heel turn, and exploring his character further before MITB seems like a possibility.
#1 Seth Rollins (WWE Universal champion)
It would be an obvious choice to bring in Seth Rollins to promote his championship defense while AJ Styles would be on SmackDown.
The built to their feud remained a little underwhelming until this point, and SmackDown is the last chance to rectify it.
The two haven't fought out each other and were kept physically separated except for a mis-hit from Styles.
Seth Rollins being the Universal champion also brings in the star power to SmackDown in case Roman is busy with the RAW live event. Both Styles and Rollins were not prominent parts of RAW this week, and this could be why - they could apply the final touches to the build-up to their match on SmackDown.
