#2 Great promos
Have you ever observed Paul Heyman during his promo?
The humble "Advocate" cuts every single promo in a manner that makes sure you are compelled to watch what he has to offer, every time he is on television.
The same applies to Alexa Bliss--given that she cuts amazing promos and no matter who her opponent is, she makes it worthwhile for all. In simple terms, there's a general formula to her promos--so to speak.
Bliss always makes sure that she "goes all the way" when it comes to verbally disparaging her WWE rivals. A rather intriguing aspect of the methodology Bliss uses in her promo segments, is that she seems to accord a great amount of importance to her poise and speed of delivery during every promo.
Now, Bliss is human like the rest of us, and not infallible to mistakes on the mic. Nevertheless, unlike most other modern-day pro-wrestling performers who seem lost after having fumbled a word or two in their promo, Bliss does an excellent job of covering up her mid-promo goof-ups and proceeds to calmly shut down hecklers in the live audience.
Bliss' verbal brilliance on WWE programming, helps improve the overall product--because not only does a good promo add more value to a feud, but also increases the fans' general level of excitement and love for WWE as a whole.
And that, in turn, is "what's best for business"!
