The Fiend may currently be the hottest act in WWE today but as a collective, no feud is hotter than the one between Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks. The main purpose of Hell in a Cell is to contain two individuals who hate each other to an uncontrollable level, so a definitive outcome can be reached. Out of the two Cell matches set for the card, this is the one with the personal issue. Sasha and Becky fought through the crowd at Clash Of Champions and have been in each other's faces for the better part of two months.
Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt have only begun feuding less than two weeks ago, with most of the emphasis and promotion being on the former Wyatt Family leader. Their Hell in a Cell match was presumably booked just for the spectacle of WWE's new horror megastar, while the tension between The Man and The Legit Boss is set to boil over in a major way.
