Don't get me wrong, AEW has a couple of top, world-class Superstars like Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega, and PAC, but the rest of the roster consists of mid-card talent who could take a while to show that they can step up to a mega star like Dean Ambrose.
Ambrose is one of the best pro wrestlers to have emerged in the last decade, and if he were to make the switch over to AEW, he will have to help the up-and-coming stars to match his level.

Ambrose, in his last interview with WWE, hinted that he won't be wooed by big money and said that he "can’t be bought", which could indicate that AEW - or any other pro wrestling promotion - have to do a lot more than just splash the cash at him.
