#4 Stabilizing the main event scene on RAW
It is no mystery that the absence of the top title has affected the RAW programming. There is no long term story-telling with a satisfying payoff. The top stars have been affected the most.
Rollins who is arguably the most over babyface on RAW was relegated to the mid-card, Strowman lost some of his monster sheen after a stinker of a championship match, and Roman Reigns has been buried in the company's effort to put him over as a sympathetic babyface.
In these tough times, Big Match John could be the savior we all need. He is a great babyface, has a bulletproof credibility, and shows up regularly despite being a part-timer. He could be the one who brings back stability to the main event scene.
