#1 The arrival of Ronda Rousey

By no means is this a criticism of Ronda Rousey. Rousey has taken the women's division to the main event of WrestleMania. That's a fact. The arrival of Ronda Rousey has taken women's wrestling to the peak it deserved. Credits are also due for Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch.

But what about the rest of the division? Ever since Ronda made her debut, only she has been the given the limelight. The female talent in WWE have been overshadowed so bad, that wrestlers like Ember Moon, Bayley, Asuka, and Ruby Riott have all become an afterthought on the main roster.

Asuka had to lose her belt to Charlotte, only to bolster the main event of WrestleMania 35. It is difficult to say that women's wrestling is taken seriously by WWE when one of the two top belts didn't even have a match going into the show of shows.

One of the casualties of Ronda's arrival was Sasha Banks, who could have been a worthy competitor if she was on SmackDown. WWE had the chance to swap her to the blue brand during last year's superstar shake-up, but she was left on RAW and got lost in the mix.

But it did lead to the introduction of the Women's Tag Team belts, which might not have been possible had she and Bayley been on separate brands.
